Carnival in Copenhagen

Yesterday I grabbed my camera to document the annual Copenhagen Carnival.

Starting at 11 AM the Parade moved down Strøget to City Hall. And boy did it move slooooow :)

The streets were packed and getting in good shots were not always easy. But oh was it ever worth while - I was quite impressed this year.

Now, if anyone would like to sponsor a trip for me to shoot Carnival in Venice, Italy - or in Rio de Janeiro - Ooooh or Burning Man (!!!) I shall be happy to go =D

Vintage

I have been on a retro/vintage spree lately. Subtle nuances, powder dusted colors...

Yesterday I ordered Pretty Basics for PhotoShop by Amanda's Actions and spent tonight playing around with them while re-editing a few portraits.

I might just have to get the Very Vintage Actions as well =D

My New Pet <3

My apologies for double blogging today however this little guy is so adorable I simply HAVE to share!



This little goofball paced outside my window all day and only calmed down when I kept him company on the back steps.

Every time I went back inside he resumed pacing, trying to attract my attention.

Psycadelic Birthday

Yesterday was Le Cuz' birthday - the 8th do-over of his 25th =D

We spent most of the day getting ready for his dinner party and it is safe to say I am pooped now. The boy and his friends partied until the wee hours. Made me consider relocating to a retirement home... ;o)

Wide awake after 3 hrs of sleep I decided to goof around with a couple of shots from last night.
